Bicycle and Pickup Truck Collision Occurs at E 40th Ave and N Columbine St; No Serious Injuries Reported

DENVER, CO 12/8/2025. A traffic incident involving a bicycle and a pickup truck was reported on December 8, 2025, at 2:11 AM. The collision took place on the roadway at the intersection of E 40th Avenue and N Columbine Street, approximately 0.1 miles south of the intersection. The pickup truck was making a right turn westward when it collided with a bicycle traveling against traffic. Despite the alarming circumstances, there were no serious injuries or fatalities. This marks the 85th reported incident in the Clayton neighborhood since December 28, 2024.
