Bicyclist Injured in Afternoon Collision at S Monaco St and Leetsdale Dr

DENVER, CO 8/3/2025. On August 3, 2025, at 1:31 PM MT, a traffic incident involving a bicycle occurred at the intersection of S Monaco St and Leetsdale Dr in the Washington Virginia Vale neighborhood of Denver. A passenger car, traveling north and attempting a right turn, failed to yield the right of way, resulting in a collision with a bicyclist at this intersection-related crash site. Fortunately, there were no serious injuries or fatalities reported. Since August 3, 2024, a total of 272 traffic incidents have been recorded in this neighborhood.
