Early Morning Collision on I-70 Involves Fatigued Driver

An incident involving a passenger car and an SUV was reported at 2:24 AM on August 9, 2024, on I-70 Westbound near N Brighton Blvd in Denver. The driver of the passenger car, reportedly fatigued, followed too closely and collided with the rear of the slowing SUV. Both vehicles were traveling west at the time of the collision. Fortunately, no serious injuries or fatalities were reported. This marks the 340th traffic incident in the Elyria Swansea neighborhood since August 9, 2023.
