DENVER, CO 9/16/2025. A motorcycle accident was reported at 2:38 AM on September 16, 2025, at the intersection of Morrison Rd and S Quitman St in the Westwood neighborhood of Denver. The incident occurred on the roadway approximately 500 feet southwest of the major cross streets. According to the report, a vehicle traveling north and making a left turn failed to yield the right of way, leading to a collision with a motorcycle traveling straight south. Fortunately, no serious injuries or fatalities were reported. This incident adds to a total of 317 accidents reported in Westwood since last year.
