DENVER, CO 4/23/2025. A fatal traffic incident occurred in Denver’s Sun Valley neighborhood on the 2900 block of W Severn Pl, reported on April 23, 2025, at 1:42 PM MT. The accident involved a passenger car that ran off the right side of the road, approximately half a mile east of the intersection of Interstate 25 and 23rd Avenue. The vehicle collided with a sign and subsequently a wall or building, resulting in one fatality. No serious injuries were reported. This marks another tragic event among the 136 traffic-related incidents reported in the Sun Valley area over the past year.
