Morning Collision in Capitol Hill Raises DUI Concerns

DENVER, CO 12/11/2025. A traffic incident possibly involving driving under the influence was reported on December 11, 2025, at 6:40 AM at the intersection of E 9th Ave and N Logan St, approximately two blocks east of Broadway and one block north of Colfax Ave in Denver’s Capitol Hill neighborhood. The crash occurred on the roadway in a non-intersection area and involved a northbound passenger car driven carelessly that collided ‘front to side’ and ‘front to rear’ with a parked passenger van. Fortunately, no serious injuries or fatalities were reported. This incident adds to the 463 reported in Capitol Hill in the past year.
