Motorcycle Accident Near W 6th Ave and N Perry St Leads to Serious Injury

DENVER, CO 8/16/2025. On August 16, 2025, at 12:07 PM, a motorcycle accident was reported near the intersection of W 6th Ave and N Perry St in the Barnum West neighborhood of Denver. Approximately a quarter mile east of this major crossroads, a motorcycle traveling eastward experienced a collision characterized by a side-to-side impact with another vehicle, resulting in a crash into a concrete highway barrier. The incident took place on the roadway in a non-intersection area. A major contributing event was the vehicle’s movement straight without any apparent contributing factor from the motorcycle driver. As a result, one individual sustained serious injuries. Authorities noted that despite the severity of the injuries, there were no fatalities, and the incident added to the total of 94 reported incidents in the Barnum West neighborhood since August 17 of the previous year.
