Motorcycle Accident Reported on W Vassar Ave in College View – South Platte

DENVER, CO 8/30/2025. A motorcycle accident was reported on August 30, 2025, at 7:37 AM in the 2900 block of W Vassar Avenue in the College View – South Platte neighborhood of Denver. The incident occurred approximately 0.5 miles east of the intersection of W Dartmouth Ave and S Federal Blvd. The collision involved a passenger car, which was entering the traffic way heading south, and a motorcycle traveling straight west. The driver of the passenger car failed to yield the right of way, leading to a front-to-side impact, but fortunately, no serious injuries or fatalities were reported. This marks the neighborhood’s 169th traffic incident since August 30, 2024.
