Motorcycle and Bicycle Collision in Five Points Leaves No Serious Injuries

DENVER, CO 5/16/2025. On May 16, 2025, at approximately 3:13 PM MT, a traffic incident involving a motorcycle and a bicycle was reported at the intersection of 22nd Street and Blake Street in the Five Points neighborhood, Denver. The collision occurred on the roadway, approximately 0.2 miles southeast of the major crossroads of 22nd Street and Blake Street. Despite the incident taking place under dark-lit conditions, no serious injuries or fatalities were reported. The motorcycle was heading south and making a right turn when it collided with a transit bus traveling east. The motorcycle driver’s action was classified as careless driving with a contributing factor of ‘looked/did not see’. This marks one of 621 incidents reported in the area over the past year.
