Motorcycle and Car Collision Reported on S Federal Blvd at Dusk

DENVER, CO 10/19/2025. A traffic incident involving a motorcycle and a passenger car was reported at 12:53 PM on October 19, 2025, in Denver’s Harvey Park South neighborhood. The collision, which occurred at the intersection of S Federal Blvd and W Amherst Ave, approximately 0.2 miles southwest of the major cross streets, took place on the roadway under dawn or dusk conditions. The incident involved a northwest-bound car making a left turn that failed to yield the right of way, resulting in a front-to-side collision with a southbound motorcycle traveling straight. Fortunately, no serious injuries or fatalities were reported. This adds to the 100 incidents reported in the area since October last year.
