Pedestrian Fails to Yield on Brighton Blvd in Traffic Incident

DENVER, CO 8/14/2025. On August 14, 2025, at 6:57 PM, a traffic incident occurred at the intersection of North Brighton Boulevard and 44th Street in the Elyria Swansea neighborhood of Denver. The incident involved a pedestrian failing to yield the right-of-way while a passenger car was traveling east and going straight on a dark-lit roadway. The location was noted as being non-intersection, and no serious injuries or fatalities were reported.
