Pedestrian Struck by SUV in Early Morning Incident at Evans and Lowell

DENVER, CO 9/8/2025. A traffic incident involving a pedestrian and an SUV occurred at 1:34 AM Mountain Time on September 8, 2025, at the intersection of W Evans Ave and S Lowell Blvd in Denver’s Harvey Park neighborhood. The SUV, traveling east and going straight, reportedly failed to stop at a signal, resulting in the pedestrian being struck on the roadway. Fortunately, there were no serious injuries or fatalities reported. The area has experienced a heightened number of incidents over the past year, with 188 occurrences reported in the same timeframe.
