Pedestrian Struck in Parking Lot Incident in Montbello

DENVER, CO 9/12/2025. On September 12, 2025, at approximately 11:23 AM, a traffic incident involving a pedestrian and a passenger vehicle was reported in the Montbello neighborhood of Denver. The incident occurred on private property in a parking lot located at 12635 E Albrook Dr, approximately two blocks east of Chambers Road and north of 51st Avenue. According to the report, the vehicle, traveling north and going straight, struck a pedestrian, but no serious injuries or fatalities were reported. This incident adds to the 488 traffic-related reports recorded in the Montbello area over the past year.
