Possible DUI in Capitol Hill Following Multi-Vehicle Collision

DENVER, CO 12/11/2025. A traffic incident possibly involving Driving under the Influence was reported at 6:40 AM on December 11, 2025, in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Denver. The collision occurred on E 9th Ave approximately 0.1 miles east of N Logan St. Witness reports indicate that a northbound passenger vehicle engaged in careless driving and collided front to side and front to rear with a parked passenger vehicle. Despite the aggressive nature of the crash described as front-to-side and front-to-rear impacts, no serious injuries or fatalities were reported. The incident adds to the 463 traffic-related issues previously recorded in the Capitol Hill area over the past year.
