Possible DUI Incident Leads to Serious Injuries Near E 6th Ave and N Colorado Blvd

DENVER, CO 10/18/2025. A serious traffic collision was reported in Denver’s Cherry Creek neighborhood on October 18, 2025, at 7:15 PM. The incident occurred on E 6th Ave, approximately 0.2 miles east of N Colorado Blvd, in a non-intersection area. The crash involved two passenger cars traveling in opposite directions, both moving straight when they collided front to front. One driver is suspected of reckless driving, and authorities are investigating the possibility of Driving under the Influence. The accident resulted in four serious injuries, but no fatalities. This incident is part of the 284 traffic incidents reported in the area since October 20, 2024.
