DENVER, CO 5/29/2025. On the evening of May 29, 2025, at approximately 8:40 PM, a traffic incident was reported at 651 W 42nd Ave in the Globeville neighborhood of Denver. The incident occurred three blocks southeast of the I-25 and 48th Avenue intersection and might involve driving under the influence. It involved a vehicle striking a fixed object on private property and occurred under dark, unlighted conditions. Despite the severity of the situation, no serious injuries or fatalities were reported. This adds to the 400 traffic incidents reported in Globeville over the past year, highlighting ongoing safety concerns in the area.
