Possible DUI Incident Occurs Near S Sheridan Blvd and W Mississippi Ave

DENVER, CO 8/9/2025. On August 9, 2025, at 9:22 PM MT, a potential DUI incident was reported near the intersection of W Mississippi Ave and S Sheridan Blvd in Denver. The accident involved a pickup truck or utility van traveling north and making a left turn. The vehicle collided with a fixed object on the roadway under dark but lighted conditions. Although there were no serious injuries or fatalities, the driver was noted for careless driving, raising suspicions of driving under the influence. The scene is approximately 0.2 miles northeast of the intersection.
