DENVER, CO 6/6/2025. On June 6, 2025, at 9:41 PM MT, a traffic incident was reported on the 200 block of E 17th Ave in Denver’s North Capitol Hill neighborhood. The crash involved a passenger car traveling east and a parked SUV, occurring approximately 0.2 miles west of the intersection of E 17th Ave and Pennsylvania St. The car, reportedly under possible suspicion of Driving under the Influence, was cited for lane violation. One individual was seriously injured and treated at the scene, though no fatalities occurred. This incident marks the 228th traffic-related event in the area within the past year.
