DENVER, CO 4/6/2025. On April 6, 2025, at approximately 10:50 PM, a traffic incident was reported at 1401 17th Street in Denver’s Union Station neighborhood, resulting in one serious injury. The situation, which occurred about half a mile northwest of the major cross streets at 17th Street and Wazee Street, involved a passenger car that ran off the road’s left side in an intersection-related mishap under dark but lighted conditions. The driver, exhibiting reckless driving behavior, was heading north when the non-collision event transpired. Authorities are investigating the possibility that the driver was under the influence at the time of the incident.
