Possible DUI Incident Reported on N Clay Street in Sunnyside

DENVER, CO 9/19/2025. On September 19, 2025, at 6:50 PM MDT, a traffic incident possibly involving driving under the influence was reported on the 3900 block of N Clay Street, in Denver’s Sunnyside neighborhood. The incident occurred approximately two blocks south of the intersection of W 41st Avenue and Federal Boulevard. It involved front-to-rear contact between a northbound passenger vehicle and a parked passenger van. Despite the dark but illuminated conditions, careless driving was noted as a factor. Fortunately, there were no serious injuries or fatalities reported in this non-intersection accident. This marks the 204th traffic incident in Sunnyside over the past year.
