Possible DUI Involved in Two-Vehicle Collision Near Cheesman Park

DENVER, CO 3/29/2025. A traffic incident was reported on March 29, 2025, at 5:01 PM, involving two passenger vehicles in the 1400 block of E 13th Ave, approximately half a mile east of the intersection with N Downing St in Denver. With wet road conditions and dark, unlighted surroundings, the cars were traveling westward when a front-to-side collision occurred. The crash did not result in any serious injuries or fatalities. Authorities noted careless driving and have not ruled out the possibility of one of the drivers being under the influence. This adds to the 190 incidents reported in the Cheesman Park neighborhood in the past year.
