Possible DUI Involvement in Denver Parking Lot Collision

A traffic incident possibly involving Driving under the Influence was reported on September 21, 2024, at 6:00 PM in the Athmar Park neighborhood of Denver. The collision occurred at 880 S Federal Blvd, approximately 0.3 miles southeast of the intersection with W Alameda Ave. The incident took place on private property, specifically in a parking lot with wet conditions and was illuminated by artificial lighting. Two passenger vehicles were involved; one was improperly backing in a southeast direction while the other was traveling west in a straight line. Thankfully, no serious injuries or fatalities were reported. This incident marks one of 176 reported in the Athmar Park area in the past year.
