Potential DUI Incident in Central Park Neighborhood

DENVER, CO 2/15/2025. On February 15, 2025, at approximately 4:57 PM, a traffic incident was reported near the intersection of N Central Park Blvd and E 35th Ave in Denver’s Central Park neighborhood. The incident occurred about half a mile northeast of this major crossroad. A passenger car traveling south ran off a ‘T’ intersection, striking a traffic signal pole under wet road conditions, though no serious injuries or fatalities were reported. The incident, which might involve Driving under the Influence, contributes to the total of 1,034 incidents reported in the area over the past year. The road was dark but lighted, and careless driving was cited as a factor.
