Potential DUI Involved in Clayton Collision at E 35th Ave and N Colorado Blvd

DENVER, CO 10/5/2025. On October 5, 2025, at 10:19 PM, a traffic incident was reported in the Clayton neighborhood of Denver, possibly involving driving under the influence. The collision occurred at the intersection of E 35th Ave and N Colorado Blvd, approximately 0.5 miles northeast of the major cross-street junction at Martin Luther King Jr Blvd and Colorado Blvd. The incident involved a front-to-front collision between two passenger vehicles traveling in opposite directions, with one vehicle reportedly committing careless driving. Despite the nature of the crash, no serious injuries or fatalities were reported, marking this as the 88th incident in the Clayton neighborhood since October 9, 2024.
