DENVER, CO 6/25/2025. On June 25, 2025, at 4:54 AM, a pedestrian traffic incident was reported at the intersection of S Monaco St and E Florida Ave in the Virginia Village neighborhood of Denver. An SUV traveling south failed to stop at a signal due to distraction from an interior factor, resulting in a pedestrian being struck on the roadway. The pedestrian was crossing or entering the intersection at the time of the incident. There were no serious injuries or fatalities reported. This marks the 193rd incident reported in the Virginia Village area since June 28, 2024.
