Three Seriously Injured in Collision on I-25 Ramp Near W Colfax Ave

DENVER, CO 10/21/2025. On October 21, 2025, at approximately 4:51 PM, a serious traffic incident involving a passenger car occurred on the ramp of I-25 Southbound near W Colfax Avenue in the Lincoln Park neighborhood. The vehicle, which was traveling south, reportedly went out of control and collided multiple times with a concrete highway barrier. The crash resulted in three individuals sustaining serious injuries. The driver is suspected to have been driving carelessly, with age and driver ability contributing to the incident. Despite the severity of the crash, no fatalities have been reported. This incident adds to the 613 other reported incidents in the Lincoln Park area over the past year.
