DENVER, CO 5/30/2025. A traffic collision involving two passenger vehicles resulted in one serious injury at the intersection of W 44th Ave and N Yates St in Denver’s Berkeley neighborhood early Thursday morning. The incident took place on May 30, 2025, and was reported at 6:13 AM Mountain Time. A vehicle traveling north made a left turn and collided head-on with a westbound vehicle traveling straight, reportedly due to the northbound driver’s failure to yield. This intersection-related incident marks the 181st reported traffic accident in the Berkeley neighborhood since May 31, 2024.
