Possible DUI Incident on I-25 Near S University Blvd

DENVER, CO 2/2/2025. On February 2, 2025, at 6:25 PM, a traffic incident was reported in the University neighborhood of Denver, potentially involving driving under the influence. The incident occurred on southbound I-25, approximately half a mile south of S University Blvd. A passenger car ran off the right side of the road, colliding twice with a barricade in a non-intersection area. Despite the dark but lighted conditions, no serious injuries or fatalities were reported. This marks the 148th traffic-related incident in the area since February 2, 2024.
