Bicycle and Car Collision Reported at Five Points Intersection

DENVER, CO 8/6/2025. On the morning of August 6, 2025, at approximately 7:27 AM MT, a traffic incident involving a passenger car and a bicycle was reported at the intersection of East 31st Avenue and North Downing Street in the Five Points neighborhood of Denver. The collision occurred while the car was making a left turn northeast at the intersection, approximately 0.1 miles southeast of the major crossroads. Fortunately, there were no serious injuries or fatalities reported. This incident adds to the 657 traffic-related events in the area over the past year.
