DENVER, CO 10/1/2025. On October 1, 2025, at 4:09 AM, a traffic incident involving a bicyclist and a passenger car was reported at the intersection of W 13th Ave and N Perry St in the West Colfax neighborhood of Denver. The collision, which occurred approximately a quarter mile east of the intersection of Federal Blvd and W 13th Ave, resulted when the northbound vehicle attempted a left turn and collided side to side with the bicycle. Despite the concerning nature of the accident, no serious injuries or fatalities were reported. The bicyclist was noted to have failed to obey traffic signs or signals, while the driver of the car had no apparent contributing factors. This marks the 226th reported incident in the West Colfax neighborhood over the past year.
