Early Morning Collision Involving SUV and Bicycle in Lincoln Park

DENVER, CO 7/11/2025. A traffic incident involving an SUV and a bicycle occurred at 5:40 AM Mountain time on July 11, 2025, in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Denver. The collision took place on the 800 block of North Galapago Street, approximately 0.3 miles north of the intersection with 8th Avenue and 0.4 miles west of Lincoln Street. The SUV was reported to have been making an improper right turn at the time of the incident, which is categorized as intersection-related with no serious injuries or fatalities reported. This incident marks the 577th traffic incident in Lincoln Park since July 12, 2024.
