Early Morning Collision on W 38th Ave Leaves No Serious Injuries

On August 9, 2024, at approximately 6:05 AM, a collision occurred at the intersection of W 38th Ave and N Eliot St in the Highland neighborhood of Denver. The incident, which involved a vehicle making a left turn and a working vehicle/equipment, took place at the center median in a non-intersection area. The driver of the turning vehicle, cited for careless driving, and the operator of the working vehicle were both reported to have no apparent contributing factors leading to the crash. Fortunately, no serious injuries or fatalities were reported.
