DENVER, CO 11/16/2024. On November 16, 2024, at 4:02 AM, a traffic incident was reported at the intersection of E Evans Ave and S Clayton St in Denver’s University Park neighborhood. A pickup truck or utility van traveling west allegedly made contact with a curb, then a tree, and then a curb again. The vehicle was reportedly going straight at this dark-lit intersection, with careless driving noted as the driver’s action. The incident did not result in any serious injuries or fatalities. This marks the 114th reported traffic incident in the area since November 22, 2023, and it might involve driving under the influence.
