Pedestrian Injured in Parking Lot Incident Near E Colfax Ave and N Steele St

DENVER, CO 7/1/2025. On July 1, 2025, at 1:42 PM, a traffic incident involving a pedestrian occurred in a parking lot just northeast of the intersection of E Colfax Ave and N Steele St in the Congress Park neighborhood of Denver. A pedestrian was found improperly on the roadway when they were struck by a vehicle that was backing up. Fortunately, the incident did not result in any serious injuries or fatalities. This marks one of over 240 reported traffic-related incidents in the Congress Park area since July 7, 2024.
