DENVER, CO 11/27/2025. A traffic incident was reported at 10:54 PM on November 27, 2025, at the intersection of West Colfax Avenue and Interstate 25 Northbound in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Denver. A passenger car traveling northbound, while negotiating a curve, struck a concrete highway barrier. The incident occurred on the roadway and is considered ramp-related, under dark but lighted conditions. The driver was reported to be engaging in careless driving with potential involvement of driving under the influence. No serious injuries or fatalities have been reported. The site of the incident is approximately 1.6 miles west of the major cross streets, Colfax Avenue and Speer Boulevard.
