Possible DUI Incident Reported in Washington Park West

On November 4, 2024, at 10:02 PM MT, a traffic incident was reported in the Washington Park West neighborhood of Denver. The incident occurred on the 950 block of South Emerson Street, approximately 0.2 miles east of the major cross streets East Kentucky Avenue and South Emerson Street. The event, characterized by a front-to-rear collision involving two passenger vehicles, took place under dark-lighted conditions with no serious injuries reported. The driver of one vehicle was cited for careless driving, and there is potential involvement of driving under the influence. This marks the 234th reported incident in the area since November 2023.
