Traffic Collision on 2nd Avenue Leaves One Seriously Injured

DENVER, CO 4/7/2025. A traffic incident reported on April 7, 2025, at 6:16 PM resulted in serious injuries on W 2nd Ave, approximately 0.3 miles northeast of the intersection with S Pecos St, in Denver’s Valverde neighborhood. The collision involved two passenger vehicles traveling eastbound, with both drivers having no apparent contributing factors to the crash. The accident occurred on a dark, lighted roadway at an intersection. This marks the 103rd traffic-related incident reported in the Valverde area since this time last year.
