Two Seriously Injured in Reckless Driving Incident on I-70 Near Federal Blvd

DENVER, CO 11/22/2024. A traffic incident reported at 7:30 AM on November 22, 2024, resulted in serious injuries following a reckless driving episode involving a passenger car and a medium/heavy truck along Eastbound I-70, approximately half a mile east of North Federal Blvd in the Berkeley neighborhood. The passenger car, implicated as changing lanes recklessly, collided side-to-side with the truck, subsequently crashing into a barricade. No fatalities were reported, although two individuals sustained serious injuries. This incident marks the latest of 175 reported traffic mishaps in the Berkeley area over the past year.
