DENVER, CO 5/20/2025. On May 20, 2025, at 7:14 AM, a traffic incident resulting in two serious injuries occurred at E 49th Ave and N Havana St in the Montbello neighborhood of Denver. The accident took place at an intersection approximately 0.2 miles northeast of the major crossing of E 49th Ave and N Havana St. Involving two SUVs, one traveling west and making a left turn, and the other traveling north going straight, the collision was primarily a ‘Front to Front’ impact, with one driver failing to yield the right of way. Despite the severity of injuries, no fatalities were reported. This incident adds to the 463 reported traffic incidents in the Montbello area since May 20, 2024.
