DENVER, CO 12/12/2025. A possible DUI incident was reported on December 12, 2025, at 10:48 PM near the 2700 block of S Green Ct in the Harvey Park South neighborhood of Denver. The incident occurred approximately 0.5 miles southwest from the intersection of Yale Avenue and Federal Boulevard. Involving a westbound passenger car and a parked vehicle, the event unfolded on a roadway described as a dark-lighted, non-intersection area. The driver of the moving vehicle reportedly engaged in careless driving and was possibly asleep or fatigued at the time. Fortunately, no serious injuries or fatalities have been reported.
