On September 21, 2024, at 6:21 AM MT, a motorcycle accident was reported on the northbound I-25 highway in Denver, located approximately 2.5 miles north of the major cross streets of I-25 and Colfax Avenue. The incident involved a front-to-side collision followed by a side-to-side impact between a motorcycle and an SUV, with the motorcycle rider ultimately falling from the vehicle. The SUV was changing lanes at the time, while the motorcycle was reportedly being driven aggressively and carelessly in a northwest direction. Fortunately, no serious injuries or fatalities were reported as a result of the accident, which occurred on the roadway, away from any intersections.
