One Injured in Rear-End Collision on E 40th Ave in Denver

DENVER, CO 3/11/2025. On March 11, 2025, at 10:32 AM, a traffic incident involving two SUVs was reported on the 11500 block of E 40th Ave in Denver’s Central Park neighborhood. The accident occurred in a non-intersection area approximately 0.5 miles east of the intersection with Peoria Street. The collision involved a front-to-rear impact, with the driver of one SUV reportedly following too closely and failing to see the other vehicle. This incident resulted in one serious injury, and there have been no fatalities reported. This marks the 1040th incident in Central Park since March 2024.
