Pedestrian Incident Reported at S Colorado Blvd and E Mississippi Ave

DENVER, CO 5/24/2025. On May 24, 2025, at 3:26 PM, an incident was reported at the intersection of S Colorado Blvd and E Mississippi Ave in Denver involving a pedestrian and an SUV. The event took place on a wet roadway at an intersection and was illuminated by street lighting. The SUV, traveling north and attempting a left turn, failed to yield the right of way, as the driver claimed they looked but did not see the pedestrian. Despite the severity of the situation, there were no serious injuries or fatalities reported.
