Pedestrian Involved in Early Morning Traffic Incident at W 38th Ave and N Tennyson St

DENVER, CO 12/14/2024. On December 14, 2024, at 2:23 AM Mountain Time, a traffic incident involving a pedestrian was reported in the West Highland neighborhood of Denver. The incident occurred at the intersection of W 38th Avenue and N Tennyson Street when a passenger car traveling south on the roadway failed to yield the right of way while making a left turn. Fortunately, there were no serious injuries or fatalities reported. This marks the 128th traffic incident in the West Highland area since December 21, 2023.
