On October 25, 2024, at 10:29 AM, a traffic incident involving a pedestrian occurred at 4809 N Argonne Street, located approximately 1.5 miles southeast of the intersection of Tower Road and E 48th Avenue in the Gateway – Green Valley Ranch neighborhood. A passenger car, heading westbound and making a left turn, struck a pedestrian who was crossing outside of a designated intersection. The incident took place on private property in a parking lot. The driver of the vehicle was reported to be driving carelessly but without any apparent contributing factors. There were no serious injuries or fatalities reported. This incident adds to the 526 other traffic-related incidents in this neighborhood over the past year.
