DENVER, CO 12/13/2025. On December 13, 2025, at 12:40 PM, a traffic incident was reported at the intersection of S Platte River Drive and S Santa Fe Drive in the Overland neighborhood of Denver. The incident involved a pickup truck that ran off the right side of the road while negotiating a curve. The surrounding conditions were described as dark yet lighted, and no serious injuries or fatalities occurred. The location is approximately 0.5 miles southeast of where the two major roads intersect. The driver of the vehicle was reported to be driving carelessly, and it is suggested that Driving under the Influence might have been a contributing factor. This marks one of the 240 incidents recorded in the Overland neighborhood since December 16, 2024.
