DENVER, CO 11/23/2024. On November 23, 2024, at 8:03 PM, a traffic incident was reported in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Denver at the non-intersection location on East 11th Avenue and North Lincoln Street. The incident occurred approximately 0.1 miles east of this major cross street. The incident involved two SUVs traveling east, with one vehicle reportedly changing lanes and causing a side-to-side collision in the same direction while the road was dark but lighted. The driver of the vehicle at fault was suspected to be distracted while eating or drinking, and there is a possibility that the driver might have been under the influence, although no serious injuries or fatalities were reported. This marks an addition to the 398 incidents reported in Capitol Hill over the past year.
