Possible DUI Incident Reported on 56th Ave and Peña Blvd

DENVER, CO 3/14/2025. On March 14, 2025, at 1:09 PM, a traffic incident involving two passenger vehicles was reported on 56th Avenue near Peña Boulevard in Denver. The incident occurred 0.5 miles east-northeast of this major intersection. Both vehicles were traveling east when a side-to-side collision happened, reportedly as one vehicle was changing lanes too fast for conditions, potentially while the driver was distracted by eating or drinking. Fortunately, no serious injuries or fatalities were reported. Authorities are investigating the incident as it might involve driving under the influence.
