Possible DUI Incident with Weaving SUV Reported in Hampden South

DENVER, CO 11/29/2024. On November 29, 2024, at 7:24 PM, an incident involving a potentially impaired driver was reported near the 3900 block of S Monaco Street in Denver’s Hampden South neighborhood. The incident occurred 0.3 miles southwest of the intersection of S Monaco St and E Hampden Ave. According to the report, an SUV weaving while heading south struck a parked motor vehicle in a non-intersection, dark-lighted area. Authorities noted careless driving as a contributing factor, though no serious injuries or fatalities resulted from the incident.
