Two Seriously Injured in Reckless Driving Car Crash on 6th Avenue

DENVER, CO 2/2/2025. On February 2, 2025, at 8:01 PM, a serious traffic incident occurred on the 1800 block of West 6th Avenue in the Baker neighborhood of Denver. The crash, which took place on a dark-lit roadway approximately 0.3 miles west of the intersection with Santa Fe Drive, involved a head-on collision between two passenger vehicles. One driver, heading east, was reportedly driving recklessly and aggressively, leading to a front-to-front impact with another car traveling west. Two individuals sustained serious injuries from the crash. Fortunately, no fatalities were reported. The Baker neighborhood has witnessed 650 traffic-related incidents over the past year.
